Men's Logan Waterproof Hiking Boot

Realmente he tenido varias botas de esta marca pero este modelo realmente no llenó mis espectativas. No son tan cómodas ni acolchadas.

I bought these boots 3.5 years ago, and they have finally reached the end of their life. I wanted to write a decently descriptive review on these boots, because I 100% love them.I have been hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire (Very rocky, rugged terrain) and have completed over 500 miles in these. The waterproofing was fantastic the whole time, from stepping in puddles to creeks and waist deep snow. The fit was just right. I swap back and forth from shoe to shoe between sizes 11 & 11.5. Because I know feet swell after hard hiking, and in the winter beefier socks get worn, I went with 11.5. Perfect fit, felt like home slipping these on. The traction these had were great for about 400 miles. I would often be hiking/climbing on wet rocks, 45+ degree angles, ice, etc. These boots held their ground.The ground in the White Mountains can often be described as sharp, pointy miles of boulders, rocks, roots, crumbly ground, and everything in between. The tread was the ONLY thing to actually start giving out... because after 500+ miles they will do that. Just like tires for a car, the tread finally is lowering and I am losing traction. First noticed this while on a hiking trip to Utah, and once back in New Hampshire I confirmed it. The traction was starting to give.So here I am years later, saddened by the thought of throwing away these old boots and was reluctant to start the search for a new pair. However, in my mind my only option is to simply buy a brand new pair. I love these boots, and do not want to switch. Just ordered my second pair after almost 4 years of beating the **** out of the pair I bought in early January of 2019. I can not recommend these boots enough!

Go up half a size and go wide on these. The boots I received didnt exactly match the photo in the listing. The color of the plastic around the soul wasnt an exact match. Not much of an issue, but it made the rest of the boots look cheap.I had a pair of these that lasted me for years, they’re at a great price point, and if you dont need a more expensive outdoor fashion brand to go hiking, then these will do the job.That said, I may try the Merrils next. My current pair are Columbia and have lasted quite a few years worn daily. You’ll need to pay more for Merril or Columbia, these HiTechs are a solid bargain by comparison.

I like the look of the boot, not like my $400 hikers but for the price they are a great beat around boot. They seem to me to run about a half size larger than stated but they'll fit. The regular is a little wide but not as wide as a stated Wide. I wear a regular but I'll use some added cushion inserts and that will fit the bill. Overall I'm quite pleased with them.

Overall, not bad. Not completely waterproof though, I have damp socks now after wearing these boots. I will say though, the conditions were VERY wet. They are fine with a light rain. I think it was the big puddles I walked through that did it. Also, at the beginning they are stiff and somewhat uncomfortable. That gets better with time and after you wear them for a while they become comfortable.

haven't worn them much but fit as expected. the on line pics and on the box make the boot look green, mine were a dark tan. i'm ok with the color so not a deal breaker for meUpdate: have worn them a couple of times now. They are a little taller than the traditional mid cut boot i'm use to. You'll want to wear a full length sock. I usually can wear ankle high socks and when wearing them, the boot rubs on my leg just above the anklesUpdate: 9 months in , wearing them approx 50-55 hrs a week in a warehouse, part of the side on one has "blown out", not enough to stop wearing but definitely enough to not want to walk in a puddle. greatly disappointed in life expectancy. dropping a star

I bought a pair of these years ago. Lightweight for a boot, and very comfortable to walk on.Not much ankle stress that a heavier, stiffer boot would give after a long walk, if you are used to sneakers.But, they are NOT WATERPROOF. I had bought some waterproofing spray, and sprayed my first pairevery 6 months or so, and that helps. It helps that the sole is high, but if you step in 3 inches of water,or its raining during a long walk, your socks and feet will get wet.The sole of my first pair just separated from the boot, at the toes. I used my boots during rains, and to do outdoor volunteer work, so they had plenty of use. I sprayed some adhesive, and will see if it holds. Meanwhile, I'm ordering a new pair. Even if the adhesive holds, it will be nice to have a 2nd pair, as when they get wet, it takes a while for them to dry out, especially on the inside. If they were waterproof, I'd say they were darn near perfect.

Absolutely love these for the price. They seem really well made, keep my feet warm, fit perfectly, and didn’t cost an arm + leg!

Muy recomendadas, ya hice algunas actividades de hiking en las montañas y bosques, realmente impermeables, obvio si no te sumerges totalmente, pero cruce por decenas de arroyos sin mojarme los pies, ademas en una ocasión salte al agua, no se pusieron tan pesadas como pensaba y se secaron completamente en una noche, tienen muy buen agarre en condiciones de piedras y arena, son ligeras y cómodas... vivo en sonora.. veamos como se comportan en el desierto este verano

The media could not be loaded.  La plantilla de la bota es un poco plana y no esta muy acolchada, de ahi en fuera estan excelentes, livianas e impermeables 100% les doy un 8 ya que desconozco cuanto tiempo puedan durar y también por la plantilla que se siente un poco dura al pisar

Son unas excelentes botas, pero el 10.5 us que uso, creo que es 11.5 en realidad, deberian de poner mas reales las tallas para no tener que devolverlas.

These boots have been great so far. Warm, light, and super comfortable. I was worried about them needing to be broken in but they were comfortable from the first time I put them on.

Livianas y con una horma excelente. Los materiales y acabados acordé al precio. No le doy 5 estrellas porque requiero ver su duración.
