Works wonders , just a heads up if you’re on medication !
This definitely helps with keeping you regular and I can confidently say bloating went away significantly . The only PSA if you are taking an SNRI or SSRI antidepressant just be aware that taking this will mess with it . I think it metabolizes the medication quicker. I unfortunately had to stop taking it after two months because of this , but 10/10 recommend it was awesome when I was taking it

Great but don’t pair with other pre/probiotics right away
I took these for about a week and felt like they were helping, I noticed 30 mins after taking id go #2 consistently which was great and had no pain or discomfort. I was taking one at night and one in the morn, but decided to switch to just one in the morn and use my normal pro/pre biotic at night which started a week long issue of intense constipation. I couldn’t tell which pill was causing it and stopped both and still was mildly constipated for another week (I was traveling internationally over this time as well which added to the stress), but when I came home decided to try only this and not pairing with the pro/pre biotic again. And oh boy, it worked BUT also caused intense cramping and stomach pain to the point that I had to call out of work. I’m not mad at the product as I’m glad it is getting everything out but it is definitely not pleasant this time around.

The only supplement that has truly helped me
These have saved my life. Honestly I have been struggling with nightly bloating for months. Have tried a lot of different prebiotics and probiotics but nothing was helping. I tried other digestive enzymes and none seemed to help. Felt results immediately. The first day I had no bloating. For the first time in so many months. This is the only product that has helped me. I’m so grateful to have found these.

It works
Definitely makes you poop a lot but it did take away my constant indigestion there were a couple times where I almost didn’t make it to the bathroom so you definitely have to expect that might happen but overall I would say it’s a good product. I stopped taking it because of a few times not almost making it to the bathroom and I didn’t want something to happen when I was at work.
