I have MCAS and unfortunately this triggered me. I was more nauseous and experienced higher heart rate with it. Legumes are high histamine and this may not be suitable for those with histamine toxicity / overload.

These work but they are stronger than I need. I take them 5 to 10 minutes before I eat. If I take them earlier than that, they make me feel icky. I cut them in 3's and only take before meals that have known histamine reactions. They work wonders for HI reactions. I recommend them to others.

Tengo un problema de disbiosis con histaminosis y el doctor recomendó tomar DAO. El producto llegó el mismo día que lo pedí y en perfecto estado. La caja es funcional, se abre y cierra de manera práctica. Sobre sus efectos, no puedo asegurar nada porque tengo múltiples síntomas; sin embargo, últimamente me he sentido mejor, sin dermatitis ni picazón.

Well it took me more time than ever to find a "non-porcine" DAO enzyme that actually works and these are a must for anyone with autoimmune issues like; MCAS, histamine intolerance, SIBO... Lyme, etc. They are not cheap, but they do help me out considerably when I am in reactive mode. I am NOT a doctor, but a overcomer of all of the above.
