Q: My machine is too hard at the lowest resistance. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Yup that guy above me is correct. It was extremely hard for me the first few days. Legs were sore and now that they’re stronger because of this machine I can do it for an hour. This isn’t like the gym elliptical, it feels like you’re actually running without the hard impact. btw I’m 6 foot 380lbs using this thing for anyone that cares. Excellent machine

Q: I live in a small house, what is the footprint of this machine?

about 2 ft wide and 4 ft long on the ground. in the air, the length is going to be another 2ft more or a total of 6 ft fot length as the handles and pedals move forward and back. this is a relatively small footprint. the machine solid and quiet and ours does not move around on our tile floor. hope this fits your requirements. good luck! : )

it really depends on how out of shape you are. I am 58 year old male and overweight. When I started I could only do up to 15 minutes on the lowest resistance and went slow. A month later after using it up to 5 times a week I can go 45 minutes at the lowest resistance with a slight speed increase. I watch TV to take my mind off of what I am doing
