Great fit for my baby girl

Much wider than suggested
I bought these for my 18 month old to make a tutu. She's very average height and weight. I knew they'd be a bit long but they were so wide that even with both her arms inside there was room to spare. I'm returning them immediately. The color and quality seemed fine though. Just better suited for a ten year old than infant or toddler which is how it was advertised.
