The media could not be loaded. I bought this knife for my husband as a Father’s Day gift and he loved it. Super high quality and we paid extra for the engraving on both sides. Nice personal touch and could be passed as a family heirloom. The knife was not dripping with oil, so no worries there. It has a rich steel smell, kinda manly…I liked and my husband even smelled it and said, yeah smells like a good knife 🤣. It was a gift from my daughter and me, we’re super pleased and couldn’t recommend it more! I bought a slightly different one for my Dad and he loved his.

Beautiful knife
Love the knife, only thing not as pictured was the Damascus steel of the blade. The handle and case were as beautiful as pictured. Very disappointed with blade.

Just for looks
I used the knife the cut something, rinsed it off, dried it and put it back in my pocket. Apparently I missed a drop because it was already rusting the next day, which tells me this is not stainless or any quality metal. It was so slathered in oil upon receipt I should have known....
