This review is on this product overall and not specifically this flavor. My wife and I are both taking this product and I am not in any way a supplement crazy person or somebody constantly looking for the latest greatest product to help me add five more pounds to my max pump or whatever Jim rats call it I simply have found that this product helps my wife and I feel better recover quicker and be able to be generally healthier. I also found that while on this product I’ve had better numbers on recent blood screenings now that I’ve been taking the product for approximately six months I am not nor have I ever been a doctor so please don’t take any of this as medical advice, I’m simply stating my personal experience and that of my wife’s.

Dropped soda for this brand of bcaa powder. Great flavor.

XTend BCAA has been my go to. The Apple flavor wasn’t too appealing, the product itself is great. I have other flavors, and wanted Apple,just want my flavor. 5 stars for the product itself,jusr not Apple flavor.

I have several flavors on auto ship, my favorites are for sure the apple, blue glacier ice, watermelon, tangerine, lemon/lime. Aside from BCAAs and hydration for exercise or out in the heat of summer, they are also delicious for an adult night, adding tequila, vodka, whatever your preference and stay hydrated too! Good stuff, been using for many years.

My batch tastes DUSTY. It’s weird. It tastes like it was left out on the warehouse floor uncovered and they just scooped it into the jar. I can smell it dusty when I open the bucket. I don’t feel any negative effects, it’s just that it tastes like dirt if I taste the powder on its own. I mix it into my OJ so I’m OK with it but it’s definitely suspicious. After this last use, I decided to throw it away and ordered a different one. It started to smell more and more dusty as the bucket got deeper. I decided that it’s probably not good.

I started taking this a couple years ago and it’s one of the few supplements I’ve actually stuck with long term. Between strength and cardio training a few times a week, I wanted something easy to drink that didn’t feel heavy. The green apple has a crisp and slightly tart taste. A lot of powdered supplements leave that gritty aftertaste behind, but this mixes smoothly and tastes much more like a real beverage. It is sweet so add more water as needed. I look past the artificial sweetener for a low calorie workout or recovery drink that tastes good.

Love this stuff, every morning and intra workout

I work out a ton, actively and passively. I work a blue collar job from 8 to 5 then go home and hit weights or long walks to keep myself sane. I started taking this mainly to just alleviate the bordom of drinking like 2 gallons of water a day. Flavor is amazing, I like the apple, and I definately notice the hydration factor. I literally dont leave home without it at this point.
