Compré este mouse hace un año, alrededor de hace dos meses el scroll empezó a saltar al punto de que se volvía inutilizable porque nunca hacía lo que querías.Me contacte con Dell, fue una pesadilla encontrar el número correcto ya que en ningún lado está, tuve que contactarme con un centro de reparación de Dell de mi ciudad y ellos me brindaron el número correcto.Al hablar con un representante de Dell y después de comentarle mi situación me dijo que era porque mi mouse no era compatible con mi PC y que solo son compatibles con computadores Alienware y dell. Un mouse que empieza a funcionar de forma defectuosa después de 10 meses de uso diario porque no es compatible con la PC? Según el así es.Le tuve que decir que también hacia el mismo error en una laptop Dell para que me creyera que era falla de hardware y proceder con la garantía.Por casi 4 semanas me estuvieron diciendo que el envío fue retrasado para que al final me hablarán y dijeran que no hacen envíos a México y que la única forma de hacerme válida la garantía era si lo podía recibir en Estados Unidos o europa o cerrar el caso. Una empresa del tamaño de Dell no puede enviar un mouse a México.Les dije que cuál era el punto de la garantía y que básicamente no me estaban ofreciendo ninguna solución, a lo que dijeron que podía hablar con la entidad que me lo vendió y me arreglará con ellos.Me comentaron que ellos no pueden controlar quien vende el mouse después de que mencioné que lo compre en Amazon y no por importación y básicamente se lavaron la mano y colgaron la llamada.Es un mouse de casi 3 mil pesos que se descompone en menos de un año, háganse un favor y compren un Logitech o razer porque este está horrible en cuanto a calidad y soporte al usuario.Yo ya volví con Logitech a un Pro X Superlight y estoy encantado, Logitech nunca me ha dado problemas e inclusive está mucho más barato que este pésima excusa de mouse.En resumen, si no viven en Europa o estados unidos no compren este mouse, se va a descomponer y van a perder 3000 pesos con los cuales podrían comprar 2 G Pro X Superlight. Dell es basura.

It worked fine for a few months, now it won't charge with the included cable. I tried other micro USB charging cables, nothing. Doesn't appear to have a way to access the battery. Failure occurred 1.5 months after the return window and 2 weeks after product support ended (mouse was bought about 5 months ago). I'd like to return it for a replacement, but not clear way how to do that. I'd suggest buying from a retail store as you can return within a one year window based on the Canadian Sales of Goods Act - this should be returnable but no idea how to do that at this point.

For gaming, this mouse is too light. It makes the games extra-arcadey. For example, this makes the 16-inch battleship guns feel like 40mm Bofors. But currently in the pandemic, I'm doing everything work and play on the computer 10+ hours a day, so a very light mouse does reduce wrist fatigue.The RGB lights are controlled by Alienware Command Centre (AWCC), which is pre-installed on newer Alienware rigs. If you have AWCC, this mouse is pretty much plug-and-play. If you don't, try the AWCC software first to see if you like it.By the way, the 16k DPI sensor is unquestionably extremely accurate, and more than suffices for all FPS games.

not worth the price, definitly not worth the price, dont listen to the reviews you can get the same mouse for a good 80-100 dollars cheaper if you look for it, not worth 200 dont be silly

Amazing mouse. Feels large but comfortable iny hands, very responsive, able to adjust sensitivity on the fly with slider button next to the scroll wheel and can adjust scroll wheel resistance with a button onto he bottom. Effects are cool but Command center was hell to set up, had to do the installation about 6 times before it worked (on a brand new dell laptop, the makers of Alienware).
