Better than original! The leather was peeling off the old earpiece and the foam part was falling off. The material on this earpiece does not appear as if it would peel. It's comfortable and fit perfectly on my Jabra PRO 9450. Recommended! Thank you!

I hesitated a little before buying these replacements but let me tell you that they are better than the original ones! This cushion is thicker than the original. Now I can take hours long meetings without feeling like my ear will fall apart.

It does what it says it does; it's a plastic/leather cover and fairly comfortable. After using it for a while, I can't specify a noticeable difference between this earpiece cover and the original. Then there's the mic cover. The mic covers simply don't fit and fall off repeatedly. All the time. I tried using a glue dot to hold it in place, but it won't stick to the mic cover. Not a deal breaker, just an annoyance.

I have an older headset where the ear cushions were peeling and flaky. These replacements fit perfectly and it's like having a new headset. Saved me hundreds $, Thanks !

Did the manufacturer test the fitment of the ear pads? They don't really stay on. The microphone tips seem very tight and OK. Overall disappointed in the fitment.

New YunYiYi cushion is on the right in the two comparison photos to the old original cushion that came with the Jabra Pro 9450 years ago. The YunYiYi cushion is a little bigger and thicker but still fits and is comfortable. Easy to clip on.
