So far, so good. I get gastritis when I'm stressed...my stomach hurts and is full of acid, I can't digest properly, and I get terrible shoulder blade/back pain. I usually end up going to a really bland diet...fruit juices and broths until I heal....and this supplement helped heal quicker. I was taking another zinc supplement with a stomach probiotic in it.... that worked...but this one has the added benefits of the slippery elm, which coats your stomach and the small bit of calcium which can help calm the acid. You don't ever want to suppress your acid...despite some "doctor's orders"...but to help coat the lining so you get some relief....yes. I recommend these pills. Got me feeling better in about 5 days.

Some supplements are a gentle suggestion. Others show up like a bouncer and tell your stomach to knock it off. This one leaned closer to the bouncer. I bought this for digestive comfort and it has been genuinely helpful for me. It feels soothing, it kicks in fairly quickly, and it’s the kind of product you notice because your stomach stops being the main character. What I like: - Noticeable stomach support for me - Easy to work into a routine - Good value for the bottle What to watch: - If you have liver issues, are on meds, or have ongoing GI symptoms, this is one to run by your doctor or pharmacist first. I’m not a clinician and I wouldn’t treat this like candy. Buy it if you want a solid “stomach support” supplement and you tolerate herbal style formulas well. Skip it if you have liver concerns or you need something you can take without thinking twice. Bottom line: effective for what I wanted, just use common sense with the cautions.

I have chronic gastritis. I tried this. It didn’t help me so I went back to Zinlori.

Definitely not a quick fix or something to take for those looking for urgent relief. When using as directed however, I noticed a distinct improvement after a month. Given this was the only variable I'm attributing this to the relief it gave us. You need to take it regularly for a while but eventually you're able to ween off into a 'take as needed' cycle.
