This is perfect post-partum and helped provide relief. It was very soothing.

I purchased this to use after giving birth. I had a second degree tear whilst giving birth and haemorrhoids ( i know tmi). So was very sore. I used this after soaking on top of my pads and got instant relief of pain. My piles also healed in two days. I also used this in a bath soak and it definitely helped me have some relief. I would then use the pad on my underwear after the bath.My stitches were almost completely healed after two weeks and completely healed after three. I would definitely recommend using this. It is easy to use and provides pain relief. I was able to stop using dihydrocodeine tablets after two days and just paracetamol and ibuprofen for a week after giving birth.
