It is tough adjusting to using this item but it is easy to snap together and set up!I used this item each day for 15-30 mins for about a week when a wheel broke on the weight. It still worked but it was so ungodly hard to use afterward. I contacted the seller and had it replaced a little under 2 weeks later! As long as this next one doesn't break immediately, it will absolutely be worth the money! So nice to exercise and still watch TV like a bum 🤣

So I bought this because I was looking for a fun way to look get my heart rate up with low impact. I didn’t know that it was a TikTok fad. I will not say it will make your waste smaller but if you are looking for a way to just start moving I have enjoyed this. Now it took me about a week to actually be able to make it go around but once I figured it out it really reminded me of the toys such as skip it that I use to play with as a kid. The only con I had was that one of the links were broken upon arrival (but luckily I didn’t need it) and that it did take me a minute to figure out how to link and unlink the pieces without breaking anymore. And how to open and close the belt to make sure it’s secure. Clear directions would have been nice and saved me those 15 minutes of examination.

The media could not be loaded.  I just finished 30 minutes workout as they suggested. It was light exercise, easy and fun. I'm trying to target my belly area so this is perfect for me. My kid put everything together after I opened it and got distracted, it's just like Legos, nothing complicated. I adjusted the rope length, so I can do it in living room while watching 📺. The 29 knobs are my favorite part, it's just so much cheaper with the extra knobs they offer. I will come back in 2 months to see the long term result if I remember.

I have adjusted it many times and just not good at it and get the hang of it. Be sure that it is connected well. The weight came out and went flying and almost went out the window. I will continue to try and watch tutorials. Glad I bought it when I saw it at its lowest price.

It's a fascinating toy! I played the traditional hula hoop when I was a kid, and this toy truly makes me recall my childhood life! However, the experience is better than the traditional one cause it's friendly to the skin. I bought this to lose weight, and it works for my belly! Love it! Very cute workout toy!

The wheels on the weight do not move easily around the circle at all. It just keeps catching and never makes a full rotation without stopping. I had high hopes for this, but it just doesn’t work. Maybe if you were a skinnier person it would be ok…but if you have a thick waist the links just aren’t designed for you. But in the plus side it is easy to assemble and seems sturdy…just poorly designed.

Doesn’t feel like a work out feels like a weighted hula-hoop. It is pretty easy to assemble, simple minimal instructions. The only thing is, I have weak wrist and hands (arthritis), and it is hard sometimes to open and close the loop. You have to work them for awhile, and then they get a little easier to open and close

Had this product for 2 months and the links started to fall apart. Plastic pieces were breaking and not able to fix them. When I first got it. It was fun but hard to learn the rhythm to use it properly. Once comfortable with it is was great.
