Meh
I am not in love with these like I thought I would be. While I love the idea, the product needs a little work.1. Not great for side sleepers. My ear (the flesh not the actual eardrum) is usually in pain/sore when I wake up. Also the sound is very uneven if you listen on your side because the sound is very high in the ear you are lying on but you can barely hear anything from the other earbud because it isn't being pressed into your head too.2. Not good for binaural beats if you are a side sleeper because of the uneven sound.3. My forehead gets hot!4. It is hard to adjust the earbuds. I have little hands too so I can't imagine how hard it would be if I were a guy. I have to adjust them every night because they shift any time the headphone cord is messed with.5. The stitching is poor--I can see through the stitches (see picture). I don't think it will last long or through the wash.6. Non-adjustable! There is only one size so for some women it may be loose. It would be nice if it Velcro'd around the front or something where you wouldn't have to lie on an overlap or seam. That would also help the sound unevenness problem because if it were tighter on the head the sound would be more even I think.I will definitely continue to use it until a better version comes out. It would be nice to have an adjustable size to better fit everyone.UPDATE: The company reached out to me and offered me a refund. They seemed pretty sincere and thanked me for my review. They said these notes are helpful and that they will work on the design. :)

Great so far
I bought these for sleeping, and so far they're performing well. I used to have a set of SleepPhones which were a very nice flannel-like cloth, but these are still a fairly soft material (and nearly half the price). The speakers themselves don't feel lumpy either -- in fact when I lay my head down, I don't feel the speaker at all. What I *really* like about the headphones is the braided cable and the reinforced connector. When you're asleep you're not thinking about being careful with cables, so there'd be more bending and twisting with the cable than normal. I'm hoping these features will help keep the wires from coming loose and shorting out. I'll probably update in a few months on how well the cable's working out. They're advertised as also being useful as a headband for running, but nothing in the description says anything about the speakers themselves being water-resistant, so look into that if this is an issue for you.For me it fits a bit tight, but I have a fairly large hat size. At first they pressed on my eyelids a bit uncomfortably, but after using them for a week I think I've stretched them out a bit and they feel more comfortable. My biggest issue with them is that the speakers are just in a pocket and not fixed in place at all. This does make them adjustable for different people, but it also means every time I put them on, I have to fiddle with the speaker position to get them in the right place. To be honest I would have no idea to solve this problem in the design myself, but...it does mean the speakers need readjusting on every use.

great for the price!
so far i'm in love with these headphones, sometimes i can't sleep without music and i used to use those huge headphones which were uncomfortable to sleep in, but these are super comfortable and they are really clear. the cord is long too so that's a plus as well.***UPDATE**been using it almost every night for a month now, the quality of the sound is still amazing and the headband is still very comfortable to sleep in HOWEVER, i've noticed that the elasticity of the headband is a bit looser now than when i first bought it, it kinda slips from my hair while i'm sleeping now but that's easily fixed.

Comfortable and nice sound.
I worked in the grocery business for forty years. It is not a 9-5 business and I averaged about 6 hours of sleep per night. Now retired I was ready for my 8 full hours but unfortunately I'd wake up and have a heck of a time going back to sleep. I have one song I play during the night called Paradise. A 20 minute song I combined into a 10 hour song that I play every night through a thumb drive on a Sony boombox only because headphones or earbuds were not comfortable. Then I found out about about this product and immediately ordered it. It fits fine and the soft form ear pieces are very comfortable. It does slide off, sometimes, when I turn but the headband is easily put back in place. I now can get 8 hours of sleep or least as close as I ever have before.

cool and they did drown out most of her conversations
My wife talks in her sleep so I needed something for when we have to sleep in the same room. I have used ear plugs, but as a side sleeper, they hurt the inside of my ear. The Mountain Sleep Headphones were light, cool and they did drown out most of her conversations. The problem is, as a side sleeper, the speaker presses against the outside of my ear that is on the pillow and it hurts. What I had to do was pull the headband down around my neck and when she started talking I would pull it up over my ears and fall back asleep. It is a good product but needs some fine tuning. The headband fit me fine, but if it was adjustable (elastic maybe) it would make the product better for everyone. Maybe 2 different sizes. Do something to make the speakers more comfortable for side sleepers. I think the Mountain Sleep Headphones would work great for stomach and back sleepers.

Love!
I HAVE TO have sound when I sleep. I just cannot sleep with silence, but my fiancé is the exact opposite. We used to drive each other nuts trying to sleep but this solves that problem! I have tried using headphones before to sleep in but after a short time they would hurt my ears and eventually fall out. These headphones are super comfy and don’t slip off while I sleep! My only complaint is they could be louder

Impossible for small heads
Sort of disappointed, sound quality and comfort are fine, but the speakers are way too far apart and not adjustable. The thing falls off my head and around my neck every night and I can only listen to one speaker at a time. I think I'm going to cut it apart and sew it back together to fit me and it'll be fine then, so not a loss by any means, but definitely not great for small heads.
