Leaves Other Juicers in the Dust!
I recently had the opportunity to test drive the Lamborghini of citrus juicers and fell in love. It is so simple, one button to turn it on and off and no fancy gimmicks to complicate matters. It knocked out the oranges faster than I could cut them and left nothing behind. I have recently tested the Krups, Cuisinart, Breville and the Omega C10 and it is unfair comparing the Omega c20 to any of them. It's in a class all by itself but try it once you'll see why the others are just toys in comparison. It boasts 1800 RPMS and that is no joke. If you don't have a good grip your fruit is going to take flight. You can touch the cone while spinning and not suffer injury but it is a little unsettling the first time it happens. The best way I can describe the process is the machine controls the fruit, not the other way around. In all of the other juicers I tried, I had to apply pressure and could hear the motor waning as I did. One sent off a few sparks!! The C20 seems to say "Bring it on...NEXT"It's size it imposing, it's not a little kitchen appliance. Consider it a commercial juicer available for the home and plan your space accordingly. If you need or want a workhorse, the Omega c20 is the one to get.I noticed Amazon had used one through their Warehouse Deals that could save you almost half the original cost making it even better. I highly recommend Omega in general and the c20 specifically for citrus juicing.

Juicing Power Tool - EDITED REVIEW!!!!!
Review update! I have now had this machine for just under 5 years and it broke. I have not used it as much in the last 3 years and it has been stored in an indoor food pantry for 11 months at a time. This is where my problem with Omega begins.... I contacted them and was instructed to send it back - everything. Since I had the original box, I boxed it up and returned my entire machine and attachments back to them at the whopping cost of $76! 2 weeks later, I get a replacement. Now mind you, the machine I sent back was metal. If you turned it over, the motor was cased in steel. Very solid! The one I got back is plastic crap! The stem for the augers is drilled off center and there is a greasy little ring that just flops around. Even the augers are different. They now just sit upon the stem where they locked down and held tight before. This is NOT the same machine! This is a lower end piece of crap replacement and if this is the way they are making them now, they are NOT worth more than $200.I am beyond mad that this is what they sent me as a replacement.Wow! This machine is so powerful it's almost scary!I purchased this after my breville citrus juicer broke after only 5 months of use. I chose Omega because I own several of their juicers. They have AMAZING customer service and they have long warranties. Something breaks? No problem!I purchased this one for use in my home. I juice a lot of citrus and thought that a commercial one would be able to handle the task. This machine is quiet, smooth and FAST. It is so powerful that there is a learning period in using it. When I first used it I wasn't sure about how strong it was and it ripped the orange right out of my hand and I thought for sure I was going to lose a finger. Now that I have used it a few times, I know exactly how firm to hold and how long to hold. It is a serious juicer! It comes with 3 different size augers so you can juice everything from small limes to large grapefruit. The augers are a hard plastic which I was disappointed in. I would've preferred ceramic but they seem to be very effective and I know if I have problems, Omega will replace them. Everything else is made of surgical steel and is easy to clean.Even though it might be overkill for home use, I do not regret spending the extra for this beast of a machine. :o)

Bravo
I own a juice bar and use this to juice over 100 oranges a day. It's fast and gets all the juice. You do have to be careful of not letting the orange slip from your hand, because one scrape against the center plastic and you'll be more careful the next time. The pulp does collect quickly, but I put mine in a metal mesh strainer over a bowl and let the rest of the juice seep through. There's about a cup of juice the most people would just discard. Very heavy machine so may be hard for someone older or with arthritis. The plus side of that is that it remains stable on the juicing surface. It's a high quality juicer of commercial grade. Solid and stain resistance. Best orange juicer I've owned to date.

Not enough pulp
Powerful juicer. Be sure you have a firm hold on the item juicing. I like a bit more pulp in my juice, wish the strainer had larger slits for pulp to flow through.

GOTTA LOVE THE POWER
Love the sheer power of this machine. Can be intimidating at first, but it won't hurt you if/when you accidently make contact with the spinning center cone. We've been using it for over 7 years without a single problem. Still runs like new. If you want professional juice bar-like results, don't waste your time or hard-earned money with those cheaper, slower, 'made for the home' citrus juicers; invest in a high power/high yield juicer like this and take pride in your home kitchen/juice bar equipment. The resale value will also be much higher if, for some ungodly reason, you ever decide to sell it.

Missing Parts
I purchased this product and the shield was missing. I contacted Amazon and they told me to contact the manufacturer, who were very responsive but after providing all the necessary information they told me they couldn't help as it was purchased on Amazon.Amazon then told me they would offer a full refund as well as the missing part but the call was disconnected and when we called back they said there was nothing they could do and that the return window was closed.Unacceptable customer service as I only went through the manufacturer at their request.
