Does this type leak? I have tried a few others and they only seem to work to dispense for a couple hours and then they let all the air out.

I bought mine to pressurize a growler several months ago. It worked great and there was still CO2 left in the cartridge after I used it, so I left it connected. In response to your question, I just hooked it up to a keg and it still had pressure in the cartridge after several months so I conclude that it probably does not leak much.
