I plugged the fans into a working fan header and the lights turn on without the fans spinning. How do I fix this issue?

hello,The working voltage of the fan is 12v, please help connect the 3pin port of the fan to the sys_fan port of the motherboard (note: only use the 3pin port during the test, do not use the 4pin port). If the problem is still not resolved, please let us know and we will solve the problem for you in other ways. Thank you

The screws seem too thick for the fan. The holes are not or threaded. When securing most of the screws cracked the holes

It’s extremely common for these screws to self-tap their holes in the fan. This is normal. In fact, I’ve never used a fan that already had threads.
