It's a good product.the voice quality is good.the touch sensitivity is working nice.It is working upto 10-12 meters depending on the surrounding things.Its overall an extremely the good product. So after watching numerous videos on youtube for a cheap tws that does the job done. I was tempted to try these out. (For the asking price of 899) Its been just 5 days so it my initial impression on this regard. 1. Pricing 10/10 2. Balanced output 9/10 3. Build quality 8/10 4. Bt range 10/10 5. Call quality 4/10 6. Battery endurance 4/10 7. Earbud fit and finish 9/10 Summary: At this price , i love it . You get a balanced sound profile clear vocals , instruments separation you can hear throughout and bass is there but not that oomp factor one ,its passable imo. Other than that you can still hear whats around you while wearing the buds in low volume (say 20-30 %) Both buds and case are of glossy plastic material it looks good and is good in terms sturdyness though i am worried for long term appearance (scratches and tearing out of paint). Bluetooth range is good its about 10 metres as mentioned albeit walls and obstacles will interrupt at peak distances. Call audio quality is the no no point on this one ... You can hear the other person clearly along with your own voice echoeing skirmish in the background and the other person will be complaining that they can't hear your voice clearly. ( Mics are not good) Battery life of the buds so far is 2 hours 15-20ish minutes on full volume its perfact for my workout sessions. And you can charge the buds 3 times with provided case (dont know how fast the charge up to 100) These buds are comfortable in my opinion they dont fall off easily or hurt my ear, infact they so light weight that you forget you are wearing them while doing activities . My only nit picking is that the case has a design flow ; you cant take out the buds swiftly it always has to two handed operation and the hinge is a little annoying for me. Under 1000 isse jyada value for money nahi milta 😁

Very Nice Earbuds. Actually I didn't receive blue as shown in picture. It's dark green. Price is a bit higher. I am not sure about 32 hour's mentioned in specs. This is just the second day i am writing this review, i received the product in good condition and quick delivery. Sound quality is good. But can be better. Since it's buds are very small just fits fine in ears, like other earbuds like neckband or old wired earphones it exactly dosent go inside ears. So there is a loss of sound and you have to increase the volume. I think it won't give high sound in noisy outside environment. Other earphones are quite loud at low volumes. I think it doesn't perfectly get inserted inside the ears, hence loss of sound. One issue. Google assistant keeps on unnecessary popping up on left touch earbud. I think there has to be provision to off / on. It's really disturbing. I hope ptron solves it. 32 hour's i am not sure, because this is just the second day. I will update later. Distance I have not checked. I will update. Overall looks really great nice small compact earbuds. Great from ptron. Price is high. I got it for 599. I feel 499 holds good. I bought this Earbuds on 25th May got by 27th may awesome delivery and packaging quick pairing , good battery backup too ( i used it for almost 2-3 hours daily without needing to charge ) NEVER GOT battery low yet in 3 hours so cant say how long they work but easily 3 hours used it for youtube music / netflix / work on my laptop and even PUBG ( worked GREAT NO DELAYS AND crystal clear ) use it with iphone things and product was all good until one night i put it off and in case .. next morning RIGHT SIDE EAR BUD DIDNT WORK i was busy for 2-3 days from same day , so dint use it ... 4 days later IT STARTED so i ignored AGAIN 2 days later RIGHT EAR BUD stopped. Amazon Return Policy was over by than so i did some findings and got to the OFFICIAL PTRON site Where I filled a form they contacted me back via EMAIL and gave 2 options in either case I HAD TO SEND the EARBUDS ( Dispatch ) within 4 days from the mail (first mail i received June 28) Upon reading the mail next day 29/6/2020 i made sure i couriered the buds in its original box and everything invoice all by 30/6/2020 and mailed them - that i have sent you , once you receive please update me for next procedure ( expected delivery in 3-5 days) so on July 2nd morning hours i get a mail - THAT WE ARE YET TO RECEIVE the product , Now i read this at night and by than the product was delivered so i mailed them again - THAT YES I KNOW YOU WERE TO RECEIVE THE product I KNOW ALSO , i mailed to inform you that i dispatched within the 4 days DEADLINE YOU GAVE ME, and also learnt that you got the product today later in the day , so please do update me about the warranty claim now that was july 2nd 9:00 AM they mailed me after that i mailed them 5 times 0 RESPONSE today tired and called them 30 times from 3:42 pm to 5:50 pm either shows busy or NO1 picks so tomorrow i am filling a consumer complaint + an FIR against them at a local Police station near me ( who advice me to give them a final mail of allowance 24 hours to respond ) if not they will file a case against them Saturday morning . Please note - Leave giving a new product - THEY DON'T EVEN WANT TO RESPOND i get it COVID - 19 Situation , but again in same situation they expected me to send in a 4 day deadline and reply my mails for deadlines or to SAY WE ARE YET TO RECEIVE and now they have COVID 19 situation and cant reply ? well by end of tomorrow i ll have given them 10 days deadline , will post as i get updates DONT BUY FROM THEM - IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER CARE -10000000 Stars will be less even product i was satisfied i wount deny . Late update !! So after a long follow up and fights and using social media influence I got the product finally in October 2020 !! Roughly after 4 months from date of return !
