Great beginner PC builder kit
Grandson wanted really bad. Compared to most of the kids with the name brand stuff and the same stuff this one was way way cheaper and well worth saving some money. The name brand kits and other kids costed two three and sometimes four times more for the same basic parts that this kit has

Excellent instructions with step-by-step lessons
My 9 year-old son is interested in learning about simple electronic circuits. I purchased this for the breadboard, LEDs, switches and other components. I figured we would wait a few years before getting into Arduino and coding. I was wrong about the wait! He wanted to try the Arduino right away and we are now hooked. I'm pretty tech savvy, but not a coder and new to Arduino. This company has a well-organized download with pictures, instructions and code. Each lesson is broken down into simple steps with drawings, pictures and descriptions of the individual components used. It's like a mini lesson plan for each project. This would be very easy for a small group instruction setting. Each kit even comes in its own little storage case. The code sketches for the arduino are included with each lesson. Simply click on the file and it opens in an app ready to load onto your Arduino. It's that simple! We are already looking at the other kits offered by this company. I am very impressed. If you are new to Arduino and want an easy baby-steps way to get started, buy this. Even if you don't use the Arduino (and you will) the circuit components are worth the price.

Solid Kit for Getting Into Electronics/Circuits
I got this kit a couple of weeks ago and I'm pretty satisfied overall with it.PROS======+ It has a pretty decent variety of little parts to start working on different projects and everything I've played with so far seems to be working ok.+ It's really great value for money, especially when I'm still exploring what the kits have to offer.+The product website also comes with written guides and visual pictures to help you get a project together, although it doesn't go out of its way to teach you the general concepts. I was fortunately able to pull together some of the programming knowledge from my time in college and was able to figure a lot of it out. That said, it isn't anything so complicated that a tenacious mind can't figure out themselves.CONS======- There isn't a lot of variety with the resistors and I didn't get any 250 ohm resistors with my kit, but the 350 is enough to get the job done in lieu of it and I can probably just go and buy a cheap set of resistors for any project I want to get into in the future.- The case broke due to a fundamental design flaw (the hinge is composed of a really thin folded strip of plastic that was molded with the rest of the case). In addition, there is an offset screw that was threaded poorly, so I have a single corner that will not fasten snugly. It doesn't affect the use of the board, but it is still disappointing that the QC isn't up to snuff.-There is an undeniable cheapness to the peripheral products included and the board setup, though I shouldn't really expect too much, since the main point of the product was to give me a sub $30 arduino kit with an assortment of components.-The guide online has a few typos and inconsistencies on top of not being super beginner friendly to read, but it isn't anything that a bit of persistence can't overcome.Overall, it isn't a bad product for getting my feet wet, especially for the price point.

Lots of fun for a great price!!!
The media could not be loaded. Super fun!! SO SATISFYING to build a working circuit and begin programming with arduino!!!Didn’t realize it could be powered just by the usb cable, so stupidly waited till I had a 9volt battery to play with it. Couldn’t believe everything it came with!!

Innovating past versions with better quality results.
Great company. They keep innovating the product and making it better. Ordered the kit two times already, and more to follow.First time ordering the kit it came in a tight box. I had to use a spare carry case for it but no big deal. I couldn't complain since the price was very reasonable.Second time ordering it I was amazed that not only was it cheaper then the first time but it also came in a nice plastic, way bigger case then when I initially ordered it.

This is great kit for beginers
I have little experience with Arduino and so far this has been easy and fun to learn from. I did buy a 30 piece sensor kit to expand my learning. I have made several home automation experiments and so far the coding has been the steepest learning curve but there are a number of very helpful sites to learn from.

Okay
My son really loves these breadboards and item on product my dislike about it there's not more diagrams to show other ways and rewiring and wiring so that's my Takeaway on that but he tries to rewire into his own thing

Nice Kit; RGB LED defective.
This was a very nice Arduino kit...however the one item I really needed, the RGB LED was defective. It wouldn't light on any color...although I used three red, green, blue LEDs and the layout and software worked fine. Don't know how to get the RGB LED replaced!
