my set is lagging with motion and noises. How do I fix this?

Esmeralda - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech VM818HD. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we will continue to work hard to ensure that our products provide the best possible support to our customers. You may need to reset the baby monitor by powering off the parent and baby unit. Wait for 1 minute before turning them on, then test the unit again. If this does not help, please contact our support team for assistance. Thank you!

Can you add a second camera later?
