I picked this blister book up specifically for a 12-week wellness challenge I was committing to, and honestly, I wasn't sure if the "sturdier blisters" claim would hold up to daily use over that long of a stretch. It absolutely did. Setting up my weekly doses took about an hour to setup the 3 months, including labeling the week before I started the challenge. The first one i did by hand, then i printed the descriptors and pasted it on the left for efficiency. Same with the time of day labels. The slots are XL, so even my larger supplements and gummies fit without being crammed in. Filling it was surprisingly smooth, and the cold seal is a dream—no peeling off flimsy foil or fighting with sticky residue. It just presses shut and stays shut until I'm ready to pop that day's dose out. The labeling is clear and well-spaced, which I really appreciated during my rushed mornings. However, my one tiny nitpick is that the default time blocks are printed right onto the blister book. Since my wellness schedule varied from day to day, I couldn't always use the pre-set "Morning/Afternoon" slots. But here's the thing—this was so easy to work around. I simply grabbed a marker, and later I switched to using little adhesive labels to overwrite the times with my own customized schedule. It completely solved the problem. It survived being tossed into my bags and moved often, and never cracked or popped open prematurely. I buy it again. Pay attention to the side you put the pills on and the labels; I messed that up the first time. Also, work on a flat surface first with it fully assembled, so the right pill is on the right time of day.

I have a loved one that needs help keeping up with their medication, and I have found this to be a godsend. I set up their medicine and they keep up with it, and I know they’ve gotten it or they haven’t gotten it by looking, and I know they haven’t skipped a pill because they got all the pills from the blister. It is so worse putting their medicine out in compliance packaging. I love this. I will keep buying it.

The pill folders have been a game changer. I take care of 2 elderly family members, and this keep all their pills organized for me. Makes dispensing medicine a breeze.

This packaging system is a wonderful tool as our mother tries to age in place. It makes med management so much more controlled. It’s only drawback is the need for the user to really set the adhesive once you fill it with the meds- just be very careful sealing any edges. You can do so with your fingers but if you don’t then pills can come loose and float out of section. Otherwise 5 stars plus for giving us the opportunity to fill ahead and ensure safe med administration! Update: 2/11/25 these don’t stay closed over a week’s time. We have now ordered SureScrips. Same idea but so much better than Pill Thing. Buy Sure Script. Wonderful tool for med administration.

I had to watch the video a few times to learn how to put the pills in and put it together, it takes a few times to practice. But after you get used to it, it works like a charm. We write the times my mom is to take the pills on the paper side in each square. It works well for us.

Much too hard to force open and pills get caught in the punctured foil.

These are great as long as they are shipped flat! My latest order came curled into a small box and it will take weeks to flatten them out

This is what my father in-laws pharmacy used in Iowa. But we have not found a pharmacy that can do it in Colorado that is covered under insurance. So this was perfect when we found them. Now we fill his weekly med and he does not know the difference. Easy to fill and despense.
