Just what I needed to start building my porch

More convenient than hammer in sleeve type anchors
Used these to anchor our quonset garage package to concrete foundation. Although faster installation than sleeve type anchors you will Need a good electric or air impact. My 110v 1/2" impact produces about 250 ft lbs and it required all of that and a bit more to get them fully seated into concrete. A cordless Milwaukie or DeWalt 1/2" drive might work better

These work great aas an anchor but are not for exterior use.
Please note that the TitenHD is only mechanically galvenized and are not rated for exterior applications. If your application is exterior or in a wet environment you should use a wedge anchor, or epoxy and a retrofit bolt.Mechanical galvanizing meets ASTM B695, Class 65, Type 1. Intended for some pressure-treated wood sill plate applications. Not for use in other corrosive or outdoor environments.
