The Quality of Daniel Smith Watercolor is outstanding!
I like how well the tube watercolor paint blends into other colors. Especially nice for washes. I use the Raw Sienna for skin tones, mixed w/other colors for portraits.

PBr7 is the right pigment for transparent earth yellows
I usually use Schminke and Qor (some DS), but the Schminke Raw Sienna has PY42/PR101, and I find PY42 (yellow ochre) can muddy up far easier than PBr7 (the DS version of Raw Sienna). This is really important when mixing skies and you don't want "green" in a blue sky when you have any Raw Sienna (yellowish earth tone) in the sky. I sorta wish DS had larger tubes of their paints, but the 15ml is "standard" and for pro wc paints, this works hard for the money, easy in the skies to not get the greens, unless you wants greens (ie, leaves).
