Does Acer have an easy transfer feature?

There is not an any built-in transfer process that I know of. If you have a MS account and use it to sign-in to your old then if you use the same id and Pw or PIN to sign-in on the new Acer then all your profile will automatically be downloaded to it. This includes any customizing of the EDGE browser and other things in Windows 10. This does not include ant Self-installed programs or your data. Those will have to be manually moved to the proper locations. I copied my documents, photos, videos, and downloads folders to Thumb drives on the old system and then copied just the files (NOT THE FOLDER) to the new system. You will need to have the original software for any programs you loaded on the old system. MS OFFICE or OFFICE 365 need to uninstalled on the old system prior to trying to install on the new. Do an internet search on "Migrate to a new computer" for articles that will help you, there are several some with videos

Does it run roblox well?

Sorry, don't know. If it's graphics intensive and high fps then probably no. This PC is configured for office and casual desktop use, not gaming. It has the CPU power but definitely not the graphics for modern gaming unless you plan to upgrade the GPU and PS to handle it.

I want to upgrade the video card in this to a 4K one which one should I get.

you would be best to just lick your wounds and buy another PC with a heftier power supply and a good video card.

Can the tower be placed on its side(horizontal)
