This is the first of these that my wife has tried out.The waist belt is comfortable to wear and covers you entire tummy. My wife is 5’4’ and it covered her entire midsection. It attaches with Velcro.It comes with a measuring tape, instructions, the belt itself, and a remote which attaches to the belt and plugs into a standard electrical outlet.The belt heats up quickly and feels good on your tummy. My wife did a 15 minute session with vibration and it was very relaxing. I could see this product being good for both tummy and back pain as it warms the entire mid section.As for losing weight… uhh… I don’t see this giving any results from using it alone. It will make you sweat, however you are not burning any calories while using it. You will need to add some sort of exercise other than this to your routine and with both combined you may end up seeing results.Pretty much it is a vibrating heating back for your back and tummy. It works just as it should and my wife is happy with it.

This is not a sauna belt it is a vibrating heating pad. Do not buy this in hopes for a slimmer tummy, although it got super hot it did not produce and sweat for me even with an actual sauna waist belt on.
