No it has bare wires and I hope u get your proper brackets to install because I never did

Watts divided volts = Amps. If the light is 120 Watts and using a car battery which is 12 Volts, the answer is 10 Amps. The fuse is used to help against power surges on not blow your light up or battery if a fault, (Bare hot wire), happens to touch a ground, etc.

If it is a true 180 watts then at 12.6 volts which is what a 12 volt battery is, it would be 14.286 amps.

Can you drive on the highway with these on?

I have two 22" led light bars stacked that are wired in to my high beam so I can easily turn them off when approaching another vehicle I have passed many cops and have had no problem. Reason I have them on my truck is I live out were they can't hear you scream ....lol... so it is pitch black out and we have a ton of deer travel in my area.
