Wouldn't bother
Bought for my 12 year old son. A string broke on his first go. Waste of money.

Works as advertised. No issue for left handed players.
This tool is designed for learning fingering on the fretboard, it is not designed to make accurate sounding musical notes. That said, it works great for it's design, and is quiet enough to use while watching TV, commuting, etc. For me, I use it to practice scales and cords at work or on the bus. There are a few reviews that state if you're left handed, you can switch the strings to left handed, but my take on that is, why bother? This isn't designed to be musically accurate, so I just play it upside down with the bass strings on the bottom.

It works
The product itself is as you see it. It works as described. The strings don't hold their tension for very long so adjusting them each time is needed. I use it for practising finger positioning..

Not a guitar, a training tool
I use this successfully to practice chord shape and various finger dexterity exercises. You โtuneโ the strings just for tension, not sound. Iโm an intermediate guitarist at most, and has helped me improve quickly. I like to plink away while watching tv Does NOT replace practicing in a guitar - supplements it.
