Works better than I expected!
I'm seeing real results since I started taking these. I'm 70 years old but starting to get morning wood again and my blue pills are working better. It may be a coincidence but I can usually sleep through the night without having to get up to go to the bathroom several times now. I plan to keep taking them.

Cold and virus fighter
These don’t make me have acid reflux or agitate my stomach acids. I’m hoping to get some relief with fighting colds and viruses that my family keep bringing home

Not quite sure
I have been taking for w few weeks not sure if I have noticed anything but I have heard about great health benefits of using cayenne pepper. They capsules work much better than trying to take it by putting it in my food. I did notice a slight burring in my stomach after about an hour or so but it was mild.

Use with caution
Burned my stomach, use with caution. Nutricost makes great products and is often my go to source for supplements, so this post is really about this specific product. I highly recommend not using this unless you consult with your physician first. I’m still working with a GI doc on the aftermath.
