Works well to lower BP
My blood pressure has been lowered a few notches with cayenne pepper. The capsules are potent so be sure to drink plenty of water with it or you will feel the after affect. I also sprinkle cayenne pepper spice on my foods. I Refused to take a statin.

Not quite sure
I have been taking for w few weeks not sure if I have noticed anything but I have heard about great health benefits of using cayenne pepper. They capsules work much better than trying to take it by putting it in my food. I did notice a slight burring in my stomach after about an hour or so but it was mild.

Works better than I expected!
I'm seeing real results since I started taking these. I'm 70 years old but starting to get morning wood again and my blue pills are working better. It may be a coincidence but I can usually sleep through the night without having to get up to go to the bathroom several times now. I plan to keep taking them.
