Q: Will this fit a seat with arm rests attached?

If the arm rest is attached to the seat, then no it won't fit, there isn't any side holes or much room for arm rest it slides on fits pretty snug.

Q: Will this fit a 2019 Nissan Versa Note?

This is not a custom fit seat cover. It is stretchy so it can fit a number of different sizes. If your seat looks like the shape of the picture, it will probably fit fine.

Q: Will this fit a 99 ford s 10 blazer or a 2013 ford edge?

Mine are for a Kia Soul. They fit nicely, I'd think they'd work for the Ford Edge. Might be to small for the Blazer.

Q: Are pieces for bum and back come separate or as 1?

back and bottom is one part, the head rest comes as part 2
