Very helpful
These are so helpful for my Mum, we have ordered them several times now. The absolute beauty is they don't upset her tummy. Significantly cheaper than the other very well known anti-inflammatory but just as effective. Bit tricky to apply at first without wrinkling but fine now.

Use sports tape to keep in place and you'll be very happy with the result
I didn't know that these existed until a physiotherapist told me about them. They are excellent - but only if you can get them to stay in place! The instructions say not to cut them, but I cut them in half and they still work perfectly. At first I just stuck them on my sore hip flexor and unfortunately they would catch on my knickers and unstick every time I needed to go to the loo or undress. So now I use zinc oxide tape or sports tape and it works a treat. These patches are better than Ibuprofen pills for me. My daughter uses them on her knee and has to use tape and a knee sleeve to keep them in place but it is worth the faff. I just wish they would sell them in smaller sizes. The price isn't likely to come down until they sell a much greater volume of them!

Expensive
Easy to put on. They did give some relief but didin't get rid of the pain completely. They're too easy to roll off and I found them too big. Smaller patches are needed. Expensive, I paid £13.65 for four patches, 2 days later they had been reduced to £9.99.

Good but not brilliant
These are quite big in size. I put one on my knee at 5.30pm and had to remove it at about 12noon the next day. These are 24 hours plasters but they don't stay on that long they roll up and down . I didn't feel any different with them on but I will try another one. They are very sticky and very easy to put on. The one I bought for £9.99 has 4 plasters in the box.

Great but too expensive for regular use
These are really really good for my sore lower mid back pain. However. They are too expensive for regular use unfortunately. I bought them for going on holiday with a little of walking to last all day, and they did. Stayed on 24 hours too. Id buy for same again.

Very expensive. Does work for pain relief but really hard to apply, so flimsy that they roll and crease up on the skin
