Actually, rather impressed with this mount
I bought this mount on spec based partly on price, the features and the positive reviews. I'm refurbishing my home office, replacing built-in desks with free standing units so wanted to clamp the mount rather than drill through the new desks. The clamp kits for my existing mounts were long gone, so a replacement was easiest. Out of the box, it's a pretty sturdy bit of kit, which is reassuring. There's a detailed installation guide which I'd recommend spending a minute or two reading to get an idea of the range of adjustments available; or at least read the bit on the front page that tells you that the VESA plates being at 45 degrees is *not* a fault, it helps to reduce packaging and it *does* require a bit of force to rotate them. No big deal, frankly. Read as far as page 4 and you'll find that yes, the arms plug together exactly as easily as it looks they should but importantly there are grub screws that can (should) be tightened - using the supplied 3mm allen key - to stop them coming apart if you're a bit cack-handed moving them about... Installation was a breeze, just decide whether you're using the clamp or the drill-through setup. I particularly liked that there are twin clamps for the dual-monitor version which helps the overall stability. One nice feature which isn't actually in the listed specs is the option to install a couple of (type A) USB extension leads in to the mount base; could help with on-desk cable management. (EDIT: just received my 2nd unit, it doesn't have the USB extension feature; looks like Invision have dropped it, which probably explains why it's not mentioned in the details. Not a big deal, tbh, as I already use a powered USB hub. Guess my first one was 'old' stock...) A really nicely thought out feature is on the VESA mounting plate. Seems trivial, but the top two fixing points have a keyhole (for 75mm) and open slot (for 100mm). This makes mounting the monitor(s) single-handed soooo much easier; just put two screws (supplied) in the top two fixings on your monitor, hook the monitor on to the plate with those two and then add the two bottom screws and tighten things up. No faffing about trying to support the monitor with one hand whilst fixing the first screw with the other hand... Read as far as page 7 in the guide and you'll discover the tension adjustments using a (supplied) 5mm allen key to allow for different weights of monitor (or just personal preferences. In my case I'm mounting a pair of Philips 27 inch UHD monitors and haven't needed to change anything (so far!). There is cable management built in to the arms. For some reason the upper arm has a reasonably flexible side-loading plastic basket but the lower arm has a rather more rigid centre-loading basket. This latter is really only an issue with thicker cables though, it feels almost like it's going to break rather than flexing. I'm only putting power and HDMI cables through but it seems like there's enough space to add USB/audio cables as well without much bother. In use (early days, but...), I'm finding that positioning the monitors is easy and stable. Move them where you want them and they stay there. Longevity remains to be seen, of course, but so far very happy with the purchase. So much so that I've just bought another for the C-in-C, she's quite impressed too :-). Definitely recommended if you're in the market

Very solid, great clamping system or can be bolted down.
Great build quality, very well engineered. Brilliant value for money I thought and excellent instructions how to assemble. Im using it on two 25" monitors, the resistance is adjustable for the weight of your monitors. Excellent product.

Great product, exactly what’s needed for multiple screens
Brought the single arm for my son but wanted something for my two screen setup. This fits the profile perfectly and has allowed for my two 27inch work monitors to be sat alongside each other. It happily manages the weight of the screens and the gas powered arms makes manipulating them into the right position very easy. Installation was as simple as screwing it with the bracket to the back of the desk, which also means it can be easily moved it t needs to be

Excellent value and does the job, for the newly working from home
I have recently joined the "working from home" demographic, which my wife was already a part of, and so we each bought identical 24-inch monitors to emulate our workplace comforts and maintain our productivity. With both our desks next to each other and already housing all our other IT equipment, we needed a monitor mounting solution that took up as little space as possible whilst providing maximum flexibility on how to position both monitors for both our advantage. This dual monitor arm presented the best solution, that was also the best value for money having just bought 2 new monitors! Inside the box, you get a full compliment of screws and mounting hardware, as well as three sizes of Allan keys to adjust everything to your liking; the clear and concise instructions tell you how to install the arms and adjust all the screws. It's worth studying the base/arms to note the locations of all adjustment screws before assembly, as you'll may need to pull your desk away from the wall to get to some of the adjusting screws (which I didn't do and it made the job more fiddly!) The arms can be mounted either by bolting through the desk or by using the dual clamp which can be adjusted for any thickness of desk surface; all the clamping elements appeared to be made from nice thick solid metal. The base even had optional breakouts to fit a couple of USB extension cables if, for example, you wanted to bring some USB ports up from your under-desk PC! I have an on-desk USB hub, so I can't comment on whether or not the breakouts would fit all USB cables, so I imagine this could be a trial and error thing. The arms themselves come in two parts which fit to each other and the base with plastic swivel joints and are tightened by grub screws; tightening too much will lock the arms in a given position, so tighten the screws just enough to give just the right amount of resistance and prevent the arms being pulled out of the base. The bottom half of each arm is rigid whereas the top halves are pneumatically height adjustable, and both halves of each arm have plastic cable management clips on the underside to make everything neat and tidy. It is the cable management that would be my biggest criticism of this product, as they seem quite flimsy or prone to breaking - especially on the top half of each arm. My monitors serve more than one computer as well as having integral speakers and USB hub, so I managed to squeeze a power cable, two data cables, 2 USB cables and an audio cable into the arm cable clips; however I had to compliment the top arm with cable ties to ensure the cable clips didn't break or deform into uselessness after a couple of weeks. The bi-jointed metal monitor mounts allow the monitors to be tilted upwards/downwards, as well as rotated, and can accommodate any monitor that conforms to the VESA mounting standard. The top two mounting holes are opened out to the edge of the mount so that you can initially hook the monitor on with the top two screws, and this will hold the monitor whilst you sort the bottom two screws; this may sound like a tiny feature, but it makes the mounting of the monitors so much easier when you don't have to worry about supporting the monitor at the same time as eliminating the risk of cross-threading the mounting screws! When adjusting the strength of the pneumatic height adjustment it's worth noting that the adjustment screws don't seem to lock the top arms in a fixed height no matter how much you tighten them; therefore the monitors will still move up/down if you accidentally knock them for example, which can be a little annoying if you don't need to adjust your monitor frequently. Overall, this product is of reasonably good quality and does the job well for it's price; when considering that the next similar products start at over twice the price and can go into hundreds of pounds, this dual monitor arm mount is definitely quite a bargain!

Best Upgrade for your setap
If you’re using multiple monitors, this is honestly one of the best upgrades you can make. Before getting these monitor arms, both of my monitors were sitting on their default stands and taking up most of my desk space. It made everything feel cramped and hard to organise. After switching to these, the difference is huge — my desk is finally clear and much more comfortable to use. The flexibility is amazing. You can adjust the height, angle, and position however you like, which makes it much easier to find a comfortable setup. It also makes small adjustments throughout the day really simple. Installation was very straightforward. No drilling needed — it just clamps onto the edge of the desk and feels very secure. I was also impressed by how strong they are. One of my monitors is over 3kg, and it holds it effortlessly with no sagging or issues. Overall, this completely changed my setup for the better. If your monitors are still sitting on their original stands, you’re definitely missing out. Highly recommended.

Brilliant bit of kit
This is a fabulous dual monitor mount, so pleased I got this one. You do need to leave a gap behind your desk for the arms but I've managed to position my monitors with just a small gap. The video was brilliant at showing you how to put it together, but for my setup (left monitor facing front, right monitor on an angle) I hadn't realised I shouldn't have put the mount base in the very centre of my desk at the back. So it was a bit of a faff to move it along a bit to the right and refasten everything, but it looks wonderful and has made such a difference. If you can have a bigger gap behind your desk, I don't think you'd need to do this. The other bonus was this kit came with two sets of screws, which I assume is for different sized monitors.

Outstanding value for money. If you want your desk space back, then this is the one for you.
Outstanding value for money. If you want your desk space back, then this is the biggest saver you can get. I wish I had gotten one of these years ago, its really a life changing even tacking your monitors off your desk and suspending them from two fully adjustable arms. They even adjust to the weight of the monitor so they float! The also have great cable management, keeping them out of them out of the way and not pinching them at the same time. I honestly don't think anyone could be disappointed with these Monitor Arms.

Not the easiest to install with a big monitor
It looks very professional and the built quality is superb. However, my ultra wide monitor leaves hardly any space to move the arms around with a 2nd “24 monitor. I particularly found difficulty to lower the monitors since you can almost damage them if you lower the arms. The tilt option was also tricky, it almost damaged the monitor but you need to really tighten the arms. I will keep using the product see if I can address these. Edit: Invision Customer support reached out to me, they were extremely helpful and pleasant. I realised I was using the wrong item for a bigger monitor. They also pointed out the manual and following the guide, I managed to install the arm properly. It is very sturdy and turns to any angle. Very happy with the product.

Don’t buy
Do NOT buy this monitor stand. They saved literally a few cents by leaving out the standard pads/spacers for round monitor backs. Because of this missing cheap part, my €300 monitor got damaged during installation. Terrible experience for a mount at this price point. Look at other brands and don't repeat my mistake.
