Does the easel bottom move so it can clamp the canvas?

Canvas balances on bottom top bit is extendable so adjusts to different sizes of canvases and tightens it in place

mine just had the one canvas but no papers for further artwork

what would you say is the minimum age for this product?

i would say for a creative child about 10/11..everything in it for a beginner
