Nice tiles. Bad mat
Tiles are decent quality and great looking! My only issue is with the neoprene mat. There are creasesthat take a lot of extra work to remove, and I’m not sure you can entirely remove them. Neoprene is supposed to be rolled and not folded, though I understand they do it for packaging reasons. If you are picky then the mat might be unusable for you. The tiles however, are versatile, great looking and should be handled with a LOT of care for longevity. No instructions included but that wasn’t and issue for us with the online photos. Although I like the product and I see myself buying more battlesystems terrain in the future, I feel it might be a bit overpriced considering the state of the game mat. Not worth 90 USD if you just need a few tiles. In that case, I’d recommend checking the smaller core sets that also have awesome art.

Overall, a great choice in terrain. Get a set of sharpees.
I own a 3d printers. (Ender 3 / Mars 3) I am no stranger to mini gaming. (Warhammer, Warhammer 40k, Walking Dead: All Out War, Stargrave, Frostgrave, 5 Parsecs From Home, Chain Of Command, Star Wars: Legion, the list goes on and on). This type of terrain gets a little hate for being cardboard and slightly expensive. I can say that printing all this scatter in resin (or FDM) takes time, money, basic understanding and common sense, material, etc. On top of all of that, you will still need to prime and paint it.I own pretty much the full fantasy line. I own the City set. I now own this set for 5 Parsecs. I can't hate on the stuff. It's perfect for this kind of stuff.I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend getting a set of sharpees. (Or watercolor markers, which I use.) You can spend the time "penning" the edges to match the colors of the terrain and this stuff just comes alive. It's takes time, but you can't argue the results. If you're on the fence, I say go for it. You won't be disappointed. It's pretty solid. You will still need a soft touch, as to not ripped off the details, but it's worth it.

no instructions
This all looks very cool but there were no instructions on how to put any of it together in the box which seems not great.
