Great product, and it works!
I've been using Yerba Prima Psyllium Husk for several years. It mixes easily with water or other liquids and has little if any taste. It slightly thickens the water but is still easy, and not unpleasant, to drink. As with any such supplement, it's essential to drink enough fluid throughout the day to achieve the best results. I find this product to be so much better than other fiber supplements that have an artificial orange taste and added artificial sweeteners. Best of all, it works!

Lends a "pulpy" texture to my orange drink. I like it.
I used about 8 grams in about 18 ounces of water, along with my usual amino acid powder (orange flavored). I LOVE it! Makes it seem like pulpy orange juice. Tastes great and provides a great boost of fiber. Recommended.
