If you’re a beginner with waist training, do your research before you try it. This trainer is excellent. It has sufficient boning to keep you cinched in, but it is also flexible enough that I can wear it while bending and moving.You have to break it in slowly. It will eventually conform and stretch to your shape. Bear in mind that any effect is temporary. No trainer will permanently alter your body. Don’t wear it longer than 6 hours or so, and work your way up to it. If you feel any numbness or tingling, take it off. Don’t even try to eat with it on. No sleeping in it either.Overall the best trainer I’ve had. Don’t even bother with plastic bones.

Is a great body shaper. the only problem is that after a while it bothers under the arm pit. It gets to be unbearable. My mistake was not to tried it when I first got it, now I'm stuck with it

Im terms of quality, it is good but I wish I had sized up as it is way too small for me.
