Are these soles foam, will they hold water?

They don’t hold water, they have holes in the bottom to help drain as well. I use a second pair for showering a the gym and at the beach, pool,etc and have never had a problem.

I have ua ignite and ansa slides, are these also good slides to just wear around the house or run errands, support and comfort wise?

Like all slides, they are comfortable to use virtually anywhere, but should be careful where you are walking, due to the holes.

Are they non-skid for indoorr pool use?

Based on my personal experience, it doesn't skid at all.
