Caddis Sports Fishing and Angling Float Tube

I have been an avid fisherman for 40 years. Like most avid fisherman, I catch myself looking for the next fishing hole each time I drive down a country road. I’m looking for that magical fishing hole that no one has found. I found one of those holes a year ago but couldn’t get to 95% of the shore without getting cut with sticker bushes. I set out on Amazon to find a small raft or inflatable to use on the water to fish. I stumbled on the Caddis Sports Nevada Float Tube. If you are like me, you view things with a great deal of skepticism. I read a number of reviews, watched a number of videos, and talked to a friend of a friend that used a float tube. All of my research came back positive so I purchased one. The float showed up immediately from Amazon as usual. The first step was to inflate the unit. I strongly suggest an electric pump designed to operate via a car battery to inflate the float. It can be inflated with a handheld unit as I did the first time, however, it took a bit of time and a little more energy than I wanted. Once I realized it inflated without issue, I headed out to the magic fishing ground. I urge you to make a list of things you will need before you go out to use your float. I forgot to take my flippers the first time out but was still able to power the vessel with my feet. The next trip was with my flippers and the float was amazing. It was easy to get into and out of with some pockets to store my phone and wallet. I managed to stuff all of the lures I needed into a 3500 sized storage box that was easy to manage on the float. As for fishing with the float, it is a dream. My seat is very comfortable with great back support. My legs are submerged in the water and my upper boat is free to cast and move around. The quality of the materials used to make the Caddis Sports Nevada is much better than expected given the amazing price offered on Amazon. I was able to get to 100% of the magic fishing area without any issues. My friend went out and purchased a very expensive float a few weeks after I had success with mine. I can honestly say I’m not sure where all the extra money he paid went as it is almost identical to my float. I strongly urge anyone looking for something a little different in fishing to try this float. It will allow you to get to spots you never dreamed you could reach and offer a twist on fishing you always wanted.

I purchased the Nevada green fishing float. I would have purchased a different float with a rod holder and fish storage net, but this was the one that would show up in time for me to take to the lake. I spent nearly 20 hours in this float over a long weekend and was happy with the quality and comfort. I used a paddleboard pump to air it up, but blowing it up manually would not be a hard chore for most people. A rod holder would have been nice, but there are plenty of d rings and handles to improvise. You will want to use a GOOD pair of flippers to be able to easily navigate using this tube. For the money, you cant beat this fishing float.

I ordered a replacement tube because the original leaked. Replacing it was easy with Amazon. I tried the new tube and it does lose some air over time, but you simply add air when ready to go out using it. I didn't order the more expensive model with oars or a kayak style paddle. I figured I had a kayak paddle. The tube works as promised but you can't use a kayak paddle with it because it will spin left to right as you try to paddle in reverse, can't paddle in forward direct give the open front design. You will need to use fins or purchase one with oar locks and oars. Kayak paddle is for longer vessel like a kayak duh! The spacing tube on the front is somewhat ineffective because the extended front tubes tend to come together when you are sitting in it. Not a big deal, but don't expect that front netting to be spread tight. All in I like it and will keep it for a small lake where no motors are allowed. Do't expect to travel a great distance with it unless there is no wind and have strong legs for kicking. At 83 I don't. Your ass is in the water 100% of the time which I found to be no problem.

Easy to inflate and work great floating while fishing along the shore line. The seat sits up higher and works well.

I really like this float too. It's comfortable and the material seems durable. I especially like the orange on the back. Many lakes are requiring an orange safety marker on float tubes. Was able to adjust myself in the float tube without feeling a loss of balance. Good stability

I would consider this an entry level float tube or for someone under 200lbs. When I am sitting in it although I do feel supported compared to other larger float tubes it feels small. It's constructed very well and has everything needed to get out on the water. But if you are a larger person height or weight wise, 6' 225 lbs, I'd recommend a larger tube. I will keep this in the family for my kids to use while we are out and trust it will get the job done for them

到着予定よりかなり早く届きました。過去、使っていたフローターはすべて経年劣化で使用不能のため、数年使えればいいと割り切って最安値のこちらを購入しました。小さな野池がメインですのでよけいな装備は不要ですし、ゴテゴテと魚探やらエレキやらロッドホルダーとか後付けするつもりもないのでこれで充分です。

Comfortable to sit in, easy to manoeuvre in light windy conditions, easy to transport and store. Perfect for those needed alone moments while fishing.

For the price this is an excellent float tube. It was easy to inflate and worked like a charm the first day I took it out. If anyone is interested in getting into float tubing and does not want to break the back, this is a great buy.
