I bought this Elite Sports headgear for my son's boxing training, kickboxing, and sparring sessions, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The protection is solid without feeling heavy, and the padding offers excellent coverage for vulnerable areas, especially the cheekbones and forehead. Visibility is great—it doesn't feel like those headguards that restrict your peripheral vision—and it fits securely without shifting during punches. The material feels durable, is easy to clean, and doesn't retain bad odors after long workouts.

I use this headgear for practicing melees and dueling for buhurt. Buhurt is a full contact steel fighting sport. This headgear is the most comfortable that I have worn. It feels protective and rigid, yet it is flexible and comfortable. It fits a wide variety of head sizes because it is adjustable. I love the matte finish on the material. It looks much more modern than some of the others on the market. An optional cage would be a great addition. It would make it more versatile for different types of sparing.
