The cage looked like it had been used. I had to clean the cage thoroughly before I put my bird in it. Other than that it’s a nice cage toe non flying bird.

Great, lightweight, mobile cage for your perch to perch in / roost in; however, it is not sturdy enough to be used as a travel cage and the top does not properly close and latch. The rest of the cage works great though.I especially like the very shiny and clean looking stainless steel and the heavy hatched stainless steel (I think it's actually aluminum) perch that is just the right size and weight for this cage or my 2 12"x12"x24" travel cages.I have 2 of these cages. One for my parrot to fly to at dusk and roost overnight, and one here in my den so he can have somewhere safe to perch and watch what I'm doing when I'm in the den.
