Concord Foods Hollandaise Sauce Mix, 1.6 oz (18 Pack), Just Add Water

As a bed and breakfast establishment, I found this product and chose it because of the excellent taste quality I rely on for my establishment. Although it's easy enough to prepare simply with water as the instructions advise, I use butter and milk with a touch of dijon mustard and/or lemon juice to taste. The texture is silky with an excellent flavor and gets rave responses from all my guests. The price is better than the major store bought shelf brands which is an added bonus - especially buying in bulk box pack! Note: This is also GLUTEN FREE which satisfies that dietary restriction beautifully with real food ingredients. Such a fantastic find for this Host!

Been using this for a few years now, make Eggs Benedict for my wife every Sunday morning, love this so much healthier with out all the fat we used to get, sometimes I add a little lemon juice. Here ordering another 18 pack, third one . Always new things to find on Amazon.

Love the taste, very easy to prepare. I add some lemon juice instead of the full quantity of water when mixing it.

I'm so glad I found this product here at Amazon shopping. I used to get the store brand hollandaise sauce at my supermarket. When they closed. I looked everywhere else. I can only find name brand. And it's very expensive. However if you purchase this holiday sauce. By the Box of 18. It's very economical. It's very tasty. Very easy to prepare. This is the third time I've ordered this product from Amazon. I'm very pleased. I recommend Fresh success hollandaise sauce.

I followed some of the other reviews and added a pat of butter and a bit of lemon for added flavor and texture.

We have this on a subscribe and save, when we first started getting it we loved it! then the past few shipments (maybe 2 months) something changed with the product. It used to be pale yellow in color and very tasty, now it's bright neon green/yellowish and taste very chemically. I have contacted Concord Foods to ask if they changed the formula? they are looking into it. Hopefully they can figure out what the problem is because the product was good before.

Delicious

It is excellent made up. But noted it uses gmo ingredients. Plenty just as good that dont.
