how do you turn off voice announcement?

When you press the set botton, keep pressing the set button to go through all the settings until you come to SP (speaker) it will show sp on or sp off. Press mem to switch, then press set to keep selection.

Not that I know of….it was so inaccurate on the high side I tossed it!!!!

Can you take readings while walking or exercising?

No it talks to you tells you to sit dwn. Stay still .. keep arm bent but wrist at heart level My nurse even told me that. I think the one you want is the stepper n jogging one it’ll register BP heart rate thru activities.
