A quality receiver
Futaba makes a quality receiver like this one. It works well and preforms as advertised. Question for Futaba-- when will your engineers make a receiver with a gyro built in like many of your competitors do? I would love to see this and use on some of my more detailed and complicated models.

There are some products that can not be beat. Futaba is one of them. If you want economy with great performance Futaba has it. If you want Luxury with great performance, again....... Futaba has it. No I don't work for them and no one is paying me for a good review. I believe they can't be beat, it's a great product.
