Perfect nice dark blue colour that I’ve waited for

This is a very sturdy mug, and because it's porcelain; it doesn't feel that heavy. There's a slightly better taste to drinks, as well. The reason that I took two photos, is because the starry mug effect, is best shown up under direct natural bright light. Under shaded household light they appear completely dark navy blue, almost black in appearance. I couldn't use my smartphone's torch and camera at the same time, so I took the other one with camera flash; to see the pattern. If you want the starry pattern to always show up, buy a brighter blue.

Excellent purchase at a reasonable price

Useful mugs for hot or cold beverages. I'd have preferred a set with a white inside, but these were about the same size as the set with white insides and were cheaper.

I loved these mugs, beautiful and a great size and comfortable to hold but yesterday I was making a cup of tea and when I poured the boiling water onto the tea bag I heard a crack and found that the mug had cracked, it was sitting on my draining board so I was surprised and disappointed but still have three lovely mugs left, shame though as it had never been dropped or knocked against anything and I have used it since I got it in the same way. Great size for any type of hot drink. Average sized mug. The colour is a beautiful speckled blue. The photo doesn't do it justice! You can not only see the great quality, but feel it too. I loved the look of these mugs so much, that I also ordered the dinner plates (set of 6), Salad plates (set of 6), large 18 ounce coffee mugs (set of 4), 24 Oz Soup Bowls with Handles (set of 4), the set of 6 Pasta Bowls (with dimples) and the set of 6 Chinese Porcelain Soup Spoons. All are such stunning shades of blue!! Highly recommend Vicrays items. Their customer service is also second to none!

More expensive than other offerings, but I can say that they stand out, they are high-quality quality absolutely beautiful coffee mugs, that we now enjoy using.

Very nice in appearance and quality. Have held up fine so far for 2 years of hard caffeine delivery and dishwasher abuse. My only *extremely* tiny itty-bitty nitpick was my blue ones are a little darker than they look in the pics. That is, the "speckles" aren't as bright. But really that's very likely to be a totally random thing from whoever applied coloring that day and it's trivial. They're still pretty.
