Super easy to install.... THANK YOU!!! it brings the water out and keeps it from dripping down around the turn on/off valves. this mainly was why I purchased it. I love it takes the water up and out and above my head(Adjustable too) !!!! only draw back is the width of the pipe is smaller and i get a slight less pressure, BUT not enough for a concern, because it does it's job and I LoVE it. A real consumer from KC MO!!! Was worth the price to solve my issue we had, not to mention my husband is 6.6ft and he likes it.

It's been about two weeks since I installed this unit. Very easy to install and puts the shower head in just the right angle. I would buy this again.

This product is a textbook case of misleading marketing. The listing says 11 inches, but what you actually get is closer to 5 inches of usable extension. The way the pictures are angled makes it look much longer than it is, and that kind of trickery is not an accident. It’s deceptive, plain and simple.The real fun started when I installed it. The lever that’s supposed to lock the arm in place started leaking immediately. Not a drip either - a steady, streaming leak that made me question whether this thing was even pressure tested. I had to take the entire mechanism apart, dig out some Teflon tape, and wrap the internal threads just to stop the water from spraying out like a sprinkler. That shouldn’t be necessary for a brand-new item, especially one marketed as “solid brass” and “easy to install.”What you end up with is a short, frustratingly flawed extension arm that requires DIY fixes to function at the most basic level. I don’t know what’s more irritating: the misleading dimensions or the fact that I had to play plumber to get this thing to stop leaking. Either way, this is not a premium product and it definitely isn’t worth your time or money. One star for wasting both.
