I got these Melts Healthy Gut strips for myself and honestly, I’ve started to feel a real difference. My digestion feels lighter and I don’t feel as bloated after meals anymore. It was all round a decent product. It didn't really massively help me, maybe cause I have a severe case and this one is better for daily maintenance of gut health.Preferably go for the daily slow probiotic capsules.
