Q: Are the needless coated or painted the gold color? Cant it eventually chip inside skin?

Truthfully, I don't know. It doesn't go that deep into the skin. I think the chance of anything chipping off inside the skin is next to none. You will find out after awhile you don't get the same results, it will become dull. One reason I went from the size of .25 mm to.50 mm.

Q: Is the non microneedling portion made out of metal or plastic?

In my opinion appears to be plastic.

Q: Which one should be used around the eyes?

I use this one around my eyes and brow line. Do not use it on your jaw unless you want unnecessary hair growth.
