Looks as pictured
The packaging was in terrible shape and taped up like it was used. The batteries in it had battery acid all in it and didn’t work. I put in new batteries and it works now and looks as pictured.

I bought this for my 3 year old grandson. I babysit him 2 to 3 times a week and he is with us every other weekend. I have been working with him on colors and counting and hope this will help him understand a little better.

Bad battery compartment
I bought first on in Oct for a Christmas gift. When I'm wrapping, I always put batteries in toys for immediate use. Well, this one came with batteries but It didn't work. I opened compartment & they were all corroded (see picture) I cleaned it out best I could & put new ones in. It worked, so I wrapped it. Come Christmas my grandson opened & it did not work. Checked the batteries & put new ones in and still did not work. I tried to return but the dead line had passed. So I order another one. When I got it couple days ago, it did not work either. (It came with batteries) I took them out & they were wet with acid & smelled of acid. The corrosion was not as bad as the first one. I cleaned it out , put new batteries in and it worked fine. It still works fine, except NOW, it keeps coming on by it's self over and over & it's maddening! So, I'm guessing the battery compartment is faulty. I won't buy again. A shame because it's a good learning toy.

Adorable toy!
My daughter loves this! It is educational because it teaches the alphabet and it also sings a variety of songs. It is late enough that they can carry it around or you can bring it with you on the go and it’s not super cumbersome. We’ve had it for several years and my kids all love it it gets a lot of playtime here. I would definitely buy again

Batteries had leaked and corroded the terminals cant use the item
Broken...had batteries fitted obviously very old had leaked into item causing both damaged to battery terminals and stained the toy

Battery inside is rusted
The battery inside is rusted and has rusted brown water come out …. Since still can play music and Christmas not enough time to change , so just used it
