Worst product and service by amazon and it's partners
I would request all o them who are planning to buy refurbished products from Amazon.. please don't waste your money and bring unnecessary trouble and hassle in your life..The refurbished products are useless, not as per description and also there is no return policy and warranty is just on papersMy worst experience with Amazon was that when I called them within the replacement policy of 7 days they did not resolve my issue. I spoke to many customer service people for replacement of the defective product but they disconnected the call.The warranty guys call u and ask for pin over phone which is not allowed. If you want to become a fool by these people then dare to buy.Honest suggestion

Totally waste of money
I also buy a refurbished laptop elite book of HP but I was totally waste of money 🤑. Within a one year laptop is not functioning. Request purchase new brand laptop.

Never purchase renewed laptop online just go to your local shop to purchase second hand laptop this is totally waste of money they send painted laptop and highly used laptop as seen as 10 year old laptop body

Keyboard is not working properly and laptop is very slow, don't buy anyone it's scam by Amazon
The media could not be loaded. Â I buy this laptops ,but keyboard,keypad ,speakers not working. I have applied for cancel and refund but no any body listen your matter.very poor quality of laptop refunised don't buy if you losses your money.amazon doing frod from customers.
