This pillow is almost perfect (soft yet supportive, breathable & adjustable), but it required some adjustments to arrive at that state.First, I felt like it was too flat when it arrived. I contacted the company & was able to make an arrangement for more filling, in the form of a second pillow. Then, I noticed it was difficult to push the stuffing around while lying down, so I removed all the filling from the inner liner & put it back into just the outer case. I disposed of the inner case, which felt like cheap polyester. Now, it's fantastic & one of my most used pillows.

These are some of the best pillows I’ve ever used. I’m almost tempted to bring them with me when I go out of town, they are just so comfy!I wish the material inside was more fluffy. It’s condensed into layers of sorts. On one hand it’s nice because it’s easy to remove them to adjust the size/thickness, but then it bad because the layers don’t expand too much and it feels more flat than fluffy. Don’t get me wrong, it IS fluffy, but I still think they could increase it’s fluffiness if they fluffed the filling instead of layering it.

This pillow is the best! I love that the zippered cover allows you to remove for washing it. I love that whether I sleep on my side, stomach or back that I can fluff, fold, or contort it to a position favorable to comfort. This pillow manipulation doesn't destroy the pillow. We have two that are nearing 2 years with us and in the past 6 months we bought 2 more. We both have shoulders post surgeries which require frequent repositioning for comfort plus post trauma issues (husband was actually hit by a car a number of years ago). It takes a lot for us to get comfortable to sleep but these pillows make it a much easier task. We also have pets- one is a Great Dane whose dander increases with age triggering my allergies that seem to increase with age too. That handy zippered case is a bonus to me because I can really ensure a more allergen free snooze. However, be gentle when unzipping and closing it. The zipper is not super resilient looking. I imagine it is small because of sleep comfort issues...if it was like a Levi Jean's zipper it would be uncomfortable.

Became soft after few uses

There's a lot of pillow choices out there, but I liked the idea of having a bamboo pillow. After debating which one to get I chose this 100% bamboo pillow.When I first received the pillow I was questioning how great it would be considering it didn't seem to be filled up too much and seemed to "bottom out" with a very slight amount of force pressing against it. It had to be fluffed up a bit and it does take time to reach it's intended form. The first night it didn't seem to be as good because I didn't give it enough time to expand but on the second night it became the most comfortable pillow I've ever used.One of the biggest reasons I can't fall asleep is the fact that my neck starts feeling uncomfortable from using a bad pillow, but this one really solves the issue for me. This pillow is really nice whether I'm sleeping on my back or side. It really doesn't need to be fluffed up throughout the night since it springs right back to it's original shape. I just do a quick fluff in the morning to maintain it's shape.It's quite lightweight and doesn't have any noticeable smell to it. The pillow case is also very soft. The amount of fill is adjustable but I wouldn't want to take any out based on my preferences. This pillow also stays nice and cool for me throughout the night.Overall an awesome pillow.

When I received it I followed the directions and put it in the dryer. Came out full and fluffy. I love the bamboo, I even have a set of bamboo cases, and used one of them to protect the silky case that comes with this pillow. Its got a nice weight to it, but not like the heavy memory foam pillows. Also with bamboo it will not smell, so you won't have to wash the case weekly like other pillows cause it doesn't hold odors. This is the only pillow I have found that is also filled with the bamboo.....I like it so much I just purchased a second pillow, one to sleep on and one to hug and this pillow still keeps me cooler. Also, it is NOT recommended to wash the pillow....just the case only! Absolutely love it!!!

I felt this pillow lacked enough of the filler to make it adjustable. I fluffed it according the directions, but I found it still lacked the support I needed. It seemed to flatten out during sleep, and I found myself fluffing it by hand each time I woke. I decided to give it a couple of nights, but was left with a very sore neck. I contacted the seller with my plight, telling them I felt this pillow had potential to be comfortable, but was just too flat. They graciously provided me with more of the filling. I have been using it for a week now, and I do like it.

Like almost everyone, I wish I had all the money back I've spent on pillows over the years. This is finally the winner! It is very lightweight, not like other memory pillows that when flipping, it feels like you're moving a ton of bricks. My face does not get buried or smooshed. I was a bit hesitant when I opened it to see how high this pillow is. I thought, here we go again, another pillow that will strain my neck. But no, my head gently sunk into the pillow. It is very soft. First time use was last night and today no neck or back strain, no headache from trying to push a pillow to conform to my head, no wrinkle face from my face being smooshed, but best of all for me, no head sweating! For some reason, my head sweats at night, tried all the cooling pillows, the ones you fill with water, etc. My head did not sweat with this pillow! Finally, a good nights sleep without waking numerous times to adjust the pillow. Unwrapped, popped in dryer on medium for 20 minutes, perfect pillow. No chemical smell at all. Great for those side sleepers with neck or upper back issues.

I've been using this for a few months and I'm still undecided whether I like it. I find it quite dense, so not so cozy. I sleep on my back and bought it hoping it would give me good support under my neck. It doesn't feel like it's doing that. I think I'll try taking out some of the stuffing, since that is an option. It's a lot of money to pay for a pillow that I don't love, so depending on what you are looking for it may or may not be a good option. I've been on search for the perfect pillow and not sure I have found it yet.

I like that you can easily adjust the thickness of this pillow. I would say it arrives as a medium thickness but so simple to get it down to my preferred height.

Does not hold shape. My head goes all the way down and I've got a small head. Feel sorry for anyone that has a large head. I've tried it for a few weeks now and I'm waking up with the worst headaches at the back of the head from the pillow sinking and stiff neck that goes all the way down. I've tried emailing for customer service or return and NEVER had any response and I've had it for 3 months now. I'd give it a -1 star. Complete waste of good money.

Très confortable, par contre l’oreiller avait déjà èté expédié à un consommateur car elle n’était pas réemballée dans le sac et il y avait des papiers de l’autre commande, pas très intéressant à constater....

Good, but not Good enough! Tried 2 nights with this, and 2 nights with nationally advertised, similar product and the second type was just that much better.
