This suitcase has a great look and is the perfect size for a young traveller. But the zip is a bit dodgy on ours.

Very Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service
Purchased this bag on 31 January 2023 and the bag has been used as my 3 year old son's nursery bag. Month and a half later, it is falling to bits, which has really upset my son as he was so excited about this bag and the functionality that whilst its currently too big to carry on his bag, he can pull it with a handle and roll the bag on the attached wheels. Thomas the Tank Engine is currently his favourite book and TV show and loves collecting things all Thomas. The backpack back straps (barely used) and the loop to hook the bag on a hook have frayed and snapped off. Very poor quality item and the seller has no interest in replacing or resolving my issue. I understand I may be out of my "30 days return policy" via Amazon, however, I've had items from other sellers that have not been up to par several months later and other sellers will go above and beyond to help come to an amicable agreement. End of the day, a child's backpack should last more than a month and a half! I will be taking the complain further and discussing this with an ombudsman.
